I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me.

- This fact should always be a reality in our lives.

- When He calls, we should be ready and willing to respond.

On the day when I faced disaster, they confronted me, but the Lord came to my defense.
- We all face times or seasons of difficulty.
- At these times, not everyone has sympathy for what we are facing.
- But God never abandons or drops us.
- He will uphold you and keep you from falling.
PRAYER: Lord, You are my defense. You are my deliverer. You are my support. I look to You. Amen.

You o Lord have given me relief when I was distress
1.God wants to relieve the heavy loads we are carrying.
2.God wants to brings us release from distress so why dont you let Him.
3.Isnt it time to give God all your cares and burdens for a change.
4.God can and will bring you relief in your current situation you just have to ask and receive.
Prayer
Father I bring you my burdens today and I thank you for the relief which is to come.
May my load be lightened I pray as I leave all the burdens at your cross thank you Jesus.

We might not rely on ourselves

But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God.
- Life does not always make sense.
- We don't always know why certain things happen.
- Even when things don't make sense, God is still in control.
- As a result we can learn to rely on Him and not on ourselves.
PRAYER: Lord, help me to realise that it is only as I rely on You that I can be confident. Amen.
