Genesis 39:2 - 'The Lord was with Joseph...'
- In all that Joseph faced, the Lord never abandoned him.
- In fact, we are told that in all his troubles, the Lord was with him.
- The Lord will do the same for you in the challenges and issues you are facing.
- Today, the Lord is with you.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You are with me. I choose to rest in Your strength and comfort. May the truth of this fact become a living reality in my life! Amen.
Genesis 1:14 - Then God said, 'Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years.'
- With the Lord, nothing stays the same forever.
- He never changes, but He brings change in the seasons of our lives.
- No season was ever designed to last forever.
- He will work in your situation and bring about His plan and purposes.
PRAYER: Lord, it is a great comfort to know that I am not locked into one season for life. You will bring different seasons and times to pass, and I will see Your faithfulness in all of them. Amen.
Proverbs 16:7 - 'When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.'
- Did you realise that the way you live your life can be pleasing to the Lord?
- The rewards of living a life that pleases God are great.
- In fact, living a God-pleasing life brings blessing and favour on our lives.
- When we live in this way we can even expect to see miracles.
PRAYER: Lord, I choose to live my life in such a way that it brings honour and glory to You. Work on my behalf, I pray, and may I see the miracles that You have planned for me. Amen.

Judges 6:16 - The Lord said to him, 'I will be with you. And you will destroy the Midianites as if you were fighting against one man.'
- Sometimes it can feel as if a mighty army has come against us.
- We may feel fearful and even feel like failure is inevitable.
- But the Lord always has the final word.
- HE is with you, and that means that any threat can be conquered.
PRAYER: Lord, give me the strength that I need to realise that You are with me and together we will overcome the challenges that lie ahead. Amen.
Judges 6:12 When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, 'The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.'
- What God says about us is more important than what we think about ourselves.
- If the Lord says you are a mighty warrior, then that is what you are.
- Let us believe what the Lord says about us and ignore what others may say.
- The Lord is with you, you have nothing to fear and you can be a mighty warrior.
PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for listening to lies spoken over me by others or even myself. May I be what You say that I am and may I be a mighty warrior in Your hands. Amen.
Matthew 8:8 - 'He answered, 'Lord, I am not worthy to have You come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.'
- Just one word from the Lord can change any situation.
- When we have a word from the Lord it gives us direction and comfort.
- When we have a word from the Lord, it will remove all the doubt.
- Ask Him to speak into your situation and when He speaks, the future is created.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask You today to speak into my life. I need to know what You are saying so that I can follow and obey Your leading in my life. Amen.
Psalm 29:11 - 'The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.'
- Here are two things the Lord wants you to know as a reality in your life.
- He wants to give you strength and bless you with peace.
- If you need strength today, receive what He is offering you.
- If you need the blessing of peace, reach out and receive His peace.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the gift of strength You offer me. I receive Your strength in my life right now. Thank You also for the blessing of peace. May Your peace flood my heart and mind as I trust You. Amen.
Deuteronomy 30:19 - 'I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live!'
- Life is a series of choices.
- Certain choices take us upward and others will bring us down.
- Don't settle for anything less than God's best for you and your family.
- Make a conscious choice and choose life over death, blessings over curses.
PRAYER: Lord, in this solemn moment I make a choice. I choose to follow You and as a result I choose the life You offer me. I declare that this is a settled matter and I look forward to the outflow that You promise me in Your Word. Amen.
: Psalm 48:9 - 'O God, we meditate on Your unfailing love.'
- Some days we just need to remind ourselves of His unfailing love.
- We should think about His unfailing love.
- We should meditate on it and begin to understand what it means.
- His unfailing love is His covenant of loyalty towards you.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your covenant of loyalty towards me. May I always think of and remind myself of Your unfailing love towards me. Amen.
1 Samuel 12:22 - 'For the sake of His great name the Lord will not reject His people, because the Lord was pleased to make you His own.'
- God's faithfulness towards you and me is guaranteed.
- It is part of His very nature to be faithful to you.
- You are His child and He loves and values you.
- Rejoice and be glad because you are loved by your Heavenly Father.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank You for Your great love for me. You will never abandon me, You will never leave me and You will never stop loving me. Amen.
Philippians 4:6 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.'
- Stand firm in the Lord.
- Don't be thrown around by your doubts and fears.
- In every situation we are encouraged to call on the Lord.
- He is your recourse and He is your source of help and strength.
PRAYER:
Lord, forgive my anxious thoughts. I choose to turn to You in every situation. Amen.
Exodus 33:14 - And He said, 'My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.'
- The Lord wants to personally accompany us on the road of life.
- We don't need to battle on, on our own.
- I (the Lord) will personally go with you, and I will give you rest.
- The reassurance is that with Him everything will be fine for you.
PRAYER:
Lord, I receive this reassurance in my heart today. I will be confident knowing that You are with me today and every day. Amen.
Isaiah 63:9b - 'In His love and mercy He redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them through all the years.'
- The love and the mercy of our loving Father reaches out to us.
- In His love and His mercy He wants to reclaim and protect you.
- He is the One who will lift you up.
- He is the One who will carry and sustain you through all the years.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your love and mercy towards me. You truly are my faithful Father and I know that You will carry me. Amen.
Isaiah 63:9a 'In all their distress He too was distressed, and the angel of His presence saved them.'
- The Lord knows and understands all that we pass through.
- He is troubled when we are troubled.
- He personally wants to intervene and rescue you.
- His very presence will carry and comfort you.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You for carrying me in the issues of life that I face. May I know that Your presence is with me to comfort and to guide. Amen.
1 Kings 19:11-12 - 'The Lord was not in the wind, the Lord was not in the earthquake, the Lord was not in the fire, and after the fire a still small voice!'
- We should be attentive to the still small voice of God within us.
- Sometimes we may wish He would speak to us dramatically.
- But in most cases He speaks to us by way of the 'still small voice'.
- May we be sensitive to listen and to hear what He wants to say to us.
PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for always wanting a dramatic sign from You. Speak to me I pray and may I know Your still small voice in my life, as You lead and guide me. Amen.
Psalms 23:1
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort
Thank you Father for these words
Isaiah 65:24
Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will
God promise to be there for us even when we are not there for Him.
God thank you for your faithfulness
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.
God help us not to walk in the ways of the wicked.
Help us to delight in the law of God
Help us father to meditate on the laws daily
Prayer
Father help us to be faithful no matter what happens to us.

1 Th4 v11-12

And that you may take pride in being quiet and doing your business, working with your hands as we gave you orders;

that you may be respected by those who are outside, and may have need of nothing.
Be proud of what you do in the world
Do your own buisness and do not partake in others.

May we be satisfied today with what you give to us and bless those around us as much as possible.
