The Blessing of starting a New Day..
IN THE SERVICE OF THE ALMIGHTY, THE POINT OF LEAVING IS “MODEH ANI”
WHEN WE
RISE IN THE MORNING…
God
gracefully rebuilds our soul so as to allow us to enjoy another day of life.
It’s this
experience of awakening we could say is a sort of revival from our sleep to
light, we could relate this to show of God’s power to restore us to life
eternal.
This is one
of the first blessings a Jewish child is taught.
It is a
blessing which express our gratitude to God for the gift of a new day, a gift
of a new opportunity to serve Him the creator of the universe.
