How to REDUCE STRESS in your life.

• Pray more often.

• Go to bed on time, not to late.

• Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.

• Be willing to say no to some things.

• Delegate as much work as possible.

• Simplify your life.

• Less is more they say.

• Don’t over schedule your day keep some time for GOD.

• Pace yourself, don’t be in a hurry.

• Take one day at a time, tomorrow will happen.

• Discern worries from concerns.

• Don’t spend money you don’t have.

• Choose your words carefully.

• Have some fun everyday.

• Nourish yourself Spiritually with GOD’s word.

• Eat properly, good food give energy.

• Get organized.

• Write down thoughts and inspirations.

• Find time to be alone with GOD.

• Be a friend to others.

• Memorize the Bible.

• Laugh as much as possible.

• Exercise regularly.

• Be forgiving.

• Be kind to unkind people.

• Talk less and Listen more.

• Don’t try to do God’s job.

• Remember your greatest helper is JESUS CHRIST.

Get stuck in the muck of things

Ever found yourself just stuck in the muck of this world.
On a daily basis and not knowing the way to get yourself out of the mess you got into.
What happen to me today.
Really didn't plan for it.
Went to service my car an had pay for brakes and other items not included in the maintenance contract.
Felt sick so I went to the Doctor and had to pay a bill there.
Had to get medicine and pay the chemist.
Still had to buy lunch and had no money to do so.
Things really get tough even though the Doc booked me off I went back to work.
Well eventually I went home to rest.
Should have stay in bed the whole day.
I'm sure Jesus must have felt just taking a day out when He was on this earth.
Things can really get us in the muck if we let them.
Well today I have made up my mind not collect the garbage which this world hands out to us.
I will rather take all my problems as they happen and as GOD for His assistance.
If no one else will help me then GOD will His work says so.
I must learn to trust GOD with every thing always.
Amen

To be covered in HIS dust

To walk right behind JESUS.
It must have been an awesome experience to walk right behind JESUS as He lead the way.
JESUS is the leader and we are to be the follower the imitator of CHRIST.
Yes we are to be JESUS hands and feet on this earth.
How must it have been for the disciples to follow in the footsteps of JESUS.
Stepping out into the unknown, doing what no normal human had done before.
Taking GOD's word to all the nations of this world.
I wonder if they only knew then how far the word has got today.
Well those disciples had some real passion.
Yes as disciples they could recite the scriptures off by heart.
Maybe that is why they were able to record so much scripture.
Yes the whole new testament was written by normal people like me and you.
People who knew the word of GOD backwards and forwards.
Disciples who have a passion for CHRIST our Lord.
When Jesus says COME and then He says GO!
Have you reached the GO part yet?

God can do anything

Ephesians 3:20 (The Message)

God can do anything, you know - far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us!
- God is at work in each of our lives.
- He works in a gentle way, without pushing and shoving.
- We must not forget that God CAN do anything!
- What may look like a mountain to you, is not a mountain to God!

PRAYER: Lord, I am so thankful to know that nothing is too hard for You! Thank You for the work You are doing in my life. Continue to work in my life in Your own gentle way I pray. Amen.

Do not Forget to be GOOD for GOD

Heb 13:16  Do not forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God.

I forget so much so often lately.

Forget to call people.

Forget to attend meetings.

Forget to say hello

And even forget to say goodbye.

Father help me not to be so forget full.

May I never forget those that are important to you and to me.

May I learn to live as a better not so forgetful person.

Yes Lord give me the gift to remember those who need help always.

Do people know that you have the Holy Spirit

Is the Holy Spirit in you noticed?

Have you ever eaten garlic.
Yes I love garlic on Pizza, Meat, almost anything with garlic.
It is the best natural spice which our Lord has blessed us with.
Yes Garlic the smell just kind of oozes from you for a couple of days after you eat it.
And every one around you knows that you have eaten garlic.

Well the same is with the Holy Spirit.
After you have spent time with the Holy Spirit and God and the Son.
Then His Spirit will just oozes over all of the people around you.
So if people tell you they can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit the next time you are near.
Then you know you have been consuming GOD love and now it is just oozing from you as well.
So spend time with GOD I can assure people will know where you have been it shows.
Yes the presence will be felt.
GOD will make sure of that.
Enjoy Garlic the next time you eat.
And Ooze GOD to all

Busy like a bee today trying to slow it down a tad

Yes Busy like a Bee and trying to slow it down a little bit.
Just so I can catch my breath and breath in the breath of Christ again.
That breath I breathed before the day started out.
As I prayed I prayed for peace and tranquility still it doesnt seem to be happening.
I wonder how JESUS coped with all the sermons He spoke.
Well maybe one day it will get better.
But I' m glad that I have the time to share GOD's love with others.
God is Awesome, and He loves us so much we cannot put it into words.
The song says
Its only Words and Words are all I have.
Only the Word of GOD with me day and night.
GOD by our side all the time.

He said I will be with us always until the end of time.

Thanks GOD for such an Awesome promise.

Ascension Day 2011

Ascension Day

Thursday, June 2, 2011, it is “Ascension Day.”

Ascension Day marks the day when Jesus Christ ascended up to Heaven. It was 40 days after his resurrection from death, it was on Easter Sunday (+- A.D. 30).

Easter Sunday (April 24, 2011)  +  40 days, =  Thursday, June 2.

The Biblical account of the Ascension is in the book of Acts, chapter one:

After his suffering, (Jesus) showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs that He was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. On one occasion, while He was eating with them, He gave them this command:

“Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

So when they met together, they asked Him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”

He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

After He said this, He was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

Acts 1:3–11, NIV

To me, the most awesome thing about this account is not that he ascended up to heaven, but that he will come back in the same way! We who know Jesus as our Lord and Saviour and we will meet him in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:17). And that day is coming soon… possibly much sooner than we think!

It is now 1,981 years since His Ascension!

I prayer that He returns soon, the questions is, are you ready to meet with Jesus?

In the Quietness there HE is found

Yes it is in the Quietness that is when I feel close to GOD.
Lord let me be quite for a while may I focus totally on YOU.
Yes Lord it is when I keep quiet that I hear from YOU.
Hear from YOU
What YOU want from my life.
Hear YOUR voice speaking softly to me.
Sometimes we just need to let GOD do the talking.
Yes be quiet it is hard but GOD needs to talk to us.


Isa 32:17
And the work of righteousness shall be peace;
and the effect of righteousness quietness 
and assurance for ever.

God give me quietness today so I may hear YOUR voice.
