How to REDUCE STRESS in your life.

• Pray more often.
• Go to bed on time, not to late.
• Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
• Be willing to say no to some things.
• Delegate as much work as possible.
• Simplify your life.
• Less is more they say.
• Don’t over schedule your day keep some time for GOD.
• Pace yourself, don’t be in a hurry.
• Take one day at a time, tomorrow will happen.
• Discern worries from concerns.
• Don’t spend money you don’t have.
• Choose your words carefully.
• Have some fun everyday.
• Nourish yourself Spiritually with GOD’s word.
• Eat properly, good food give energy.
• Get organized.
• Write down thoughts and inspirations.
• Find time to be alone with GOD.
• Be a friend to others.
• Memorize the Bible.
• Laugh as much as possible.
• Exercise regularly.
• Be forgiving.
• Be kind to unkind people.
• Talk less and Listen more.
• Don’t try to do God’s job.
• Remember your greatest helper is JESUS CHRIST.
