How close do you find yourself.
Can you see the Lord on the horizon?
Or is He next to you in your heart?
Cause that is where He always will be if only you let Him.
When last did you feel the presence of His spirit in you?
Was it recent or was it a while ago that you felt that excitement?
Do you long for that moment again when His spirit will touch you?
Well it can happen today, you have go to come unglued from this life.
Yes unglued from the things of this world which we hold so dear.
Unglued from all those burdens which we drag along be hind us.
Those burdens which weigh us down need to be at the foot of the cross.
So I challenge you today to bring your burdens and become unglued from this life.
Lay those burdens at the Cross never to be taken back again.
Yes give it all and I mean all to Jesus after all that is what He wanted us to do.
Matthew 11v28 -> to end.
Lay them DOWN at the cross....

How do you find time
How do you find your time?
Are you very busy?
Sometimes so busy the week just fly's past and before you know it is almost Sunday.
Sermons to prepare.
People in hospital to visit.
Friends to call on.
And still a full normal days work as a Manager of a Factory.
Yes a double vocation a Pastor and a Worker.
I find myself so often caught up in all Im trying to fit in to one day that I dont make time for GOD.
Thats bad I tell myself at the end of each day but still the next day happens and most often it is worse than the last day.
Prephas I thought where do I start to change this rut I have got into and how do I stick to it.
Well I have decided to follow in the foot steps of JESUS and do as HE taught.
I now start my day with the LORDS prayer each and every day as I wake.
I doesnt take long it covers all things that I need for the day.
And I can add to it if necessary.
But back to the basics is sometimes the only way to get in line with GOD.
Thats what I feel.
How do you see it what are your thoughts?
Programs and diary's dont work for me.
So basics do. So I pray

On top of the world looking down on creation
I am on top of the world and the only explanation I can find is that
Yes GOD He is on top of the world looking at it and I wonder what He is saying right now.
I wonder if He has asked Him self why did I let this happen.
All this messed up world of things which we call peoples mistakes.
I really wonder what GOD would say if He had to send Jesus 2000 years after He actually did.
Would He still let His son die for the sins of this world.
Does GOD still care is the question Im sure you often ask.
Does GOD hear my prayers after all I am only one in a couple of million Christians who send request daily to GOD.
Yes daily we pray for things to be carried out by an awesome GOD and strange He answers prayers of the faithful, His word says so.
Yes He walks with us and He talks to us and He gives us life.
GOD is the only one who brings hope on a lost world.
Looking down GOD has compassion and gives us the life of His only Son.
He has more compassion than we can imagine and He sends His Holy Spirit.
Yes the Holy Spirit who intercedes for us through the power of Jesus on the cross.
GOD is a father who cares for this world even when this world doesn't care for Him after all He created the world and all that is in it today.
With GOD all things are possible.

Thank you LORD
Yesterday was a mess.
But today is Thank yo LORD.
Yes thank you LORD for your blessing.
Thank you LORD for all your help.
Thank you LORD for the extra finances which you gave to me.
Yes GOD does hear our prayers.
Yes GOD does answer our prayers.
LORD help me to be closer to you always not just for today.
May I learn to walk in the dust of the Master.
May I learn more about trusting you GOD with all my concerns and problems.
Thanks again to you today oh GOD you heard my cry.
Well next month is but a stone throw away but I know that I have a GOD who cares.
Yes a GOD who cares for me and for you awesome,
A GOD who deserves a Thank you each and every day.
GOD is GOOD all the time. GOD is GOOD.
Amen to GOD our FATHER.

Keeping going when it gets tough out there
What do you do when things get tough out there.
Do you throw in the towel at the first chance you get.
Do you call it quits and say goodbye to it all.
Do you stick with it even though the going get sometimes even tougher.
Have you ever had a debt you could not pay and ask GOD to help you
And for some reason it seemed as if GOD choose to ignore your request.
Well what did you think when you got no assistance from GOD?
Actual another debt seemed to happen which you did not even expect.
At that stage, it was if someone out there was not hearing your request for assistance.
Yes where is GOD when we really need HIM does HE even care is the question I often find my self asking.
Yes I find my self saying GOD did you hear me.
GOD you expect me to listen to you but how strange it is as if you dont listen to me.
But then I find the Word yes that old book which gives me so much courage.
Yes that book which speaks living Words.
Words that no one else can speak to me.
Words which lift me out of the hole which I am in.
Words that take me to the clouds.
Words that give me hope to see the debt through to the next month.
The WORDS of our GOD.
Yes GOD is alive in the BIBLE.
He is alive in HIS WORD.
So when you are down and out what to do?
READ READ READ READ the WORD of GOD
It will bring HIM closer to you and your concern.
It might not make the concern disappear.
But I know that GOD will be closer just kind of gives me a fresh hope to carry on.
