Giving thanks to the Father!

Colossians 1:12-13
Giving thanks to the Father! He has rescued us from the power of darkness and has brought us into the kingdom of His Son, whom He loves.
We have been rescued by God Himself.
Thank you LORD

GOD has rescued us from the power of darkness.
Oh how great and big is our GOD, He has overcome evil.

Don't allow darkness and wickedness to influence us.
With you LORD we can do anything, all things are possible for those who serve you.

We must Walk in the light of His Kingdom and Trust Him alone....
Father forgive us for the Neglected behaviour of not trusting you with every part of our daily lives.


Yes it time to bring it all to you LORD not just the bits and pieces.
So today we want to bring it all to you JESUS
ALL and lay it at the foot of your cross and walk away with a lighter load.
Thank you LORD....

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the wonderful work You have done in our lives.
We thank you that our lives are changed because of what You have done for us.
May we always walk in your light and learn to trust you with not just the bits and pieces.
But that we trust you with all of our life.
Its all for you JESUS all for you LORD.
Amen.

To Busy not to Pray

Who Prayed this morning Show of hands?

Who prayed once last week?

Who prayed once last month?

When last did you take the time to speak to GOD?

GOD wants you to speak to him…

Have you ever tried to have a conversation with your self.

Its like you never get any where because you should need to speak to your self.

I am very busy as a person, I don’t have time to pray.

I don’t have time to stop.

A normal day starts out with the alarm clock ringing.

Sometimes it will ring twice or three times before we rise.

Toilet, wash, shave, hair, then dress for the occasion now that can take some people quite a while.

Eat Breakfast, Drive to work, work till tea time, smoke chat, work till lunch, smoke, chat, eat lunch, phone your lover, work till tea, drink tea, eat, chat, work till closing, drive home, eat supper, bath, relax, love your lover, sleep.

No time for GOD.

GOD just doesn’t fit.

He is to big for my day.

He might just slow me down.

After all I am always in a rush, speed, speed cant slow down from get up to lie down. I do everything much to fast, slow doesn’t exist in my language.

I don’t know how to find time…

Do you know how to find time?

Well lets look at the word of GOD perhaps that will help us to get it straight for a change…

So how do I find time?

What did others before me do?

When did they pray…

I’m not a morning person…

God doesn’t care what person you are He just wants a conversation with you.....

Do not fear what they fear

1 Peter 3:14
Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened.
- Often we just fear what everyone else fears.

That  is cause we think the way which the world has taught us to think.

GOD doesn't want this He wants us to be confident that He is with us in every thing.

- We can find ourselves submitting to the prevailing fears.

The world tells us to be full of fear and the unknowen scares us because we don't know.

But GOD deals with that He knows the future and if we trust Him, He will come through for

us in all things

- We should be different because we know that God is with us.

We have a GOD who is bigger and better the creator and the Almighty one the I AM is with us.

- Don't give fear, worry and concern a foothold in your life, Brothers and Sisters.

Let GOD have the worries and the cares take them to the Cross and lay your burdens down.

And leave with a lighter load and GOD by your side each and every day.

Find time to Pray.

PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for my fears. 

I want to be confident in You 

and not swayed by the prevailing 

and prevalent fears. 

Thank you LORD.

Amen.

Meditate on these things

1 Timothy 4:15
Meditate on these things; give yourself wholly to them; so that everyone may see your progress.
What are you always thinking about?
That is a good question, sometimes the thoughts should not be thought.
 So I ask the Holy Spirit to assist me and stop me from those thoughts as they occur...

What is your mind and heart full of?
Often our minds can be fill with the wrong things which GOD does not approve of.
Then it is time for confession and asking forgiveness.

Give yourself to the things of God, let Him fill your thoughts and mind.

BELIEVE and others will see the difference in your life.
So true as we believe so others will see the LORD in our lives.
GOD calls us to be an example to others every single day.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to fill my thoughts with Your truth. 
I desire to let heaven fill my thoughts today. Amen.

Have no fear of sudden disaster God will prevail

Proverbs 3:25-26
Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being snared.
- Do not be afraid of something terrible that could come unaware.
- Don't live in fear.
- For the Lord will be at your side.
- God will be your protection and defense.

PRAYER: Lord, fill me with Your strength and give me the confidence to know that You will undertake and preserve and protect me. Amen.

Patient endurance is what you need now

 Hebrews 10:36
Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God's will. Then you will receive all that He has promised.
1. We often get impatient with God.
    Even when HE is not with us.

2. But during the trials of life, we are often called upon to be patient.
    Be still and know that I AM GOD...

3. In these times we must stay in the hands of God and submit to His will daily.
    Put us in the hand stilled the water, the hand that calmed the sea...

4. He will be faithful to do all that He has promised.
    If we wait upon GOD HE will come through when it is HIS time.


HE make all things beautiful in HIS time....

Christ is changing you

A. People must have reasons for change
    1. They must see the value to them of the change 
    2. The plan must be understood by them 
    3. They must be involved in the process
B. People must be prepared for change, don't just drop it on them. Introduce the ideas/changes months ahead of time.
C. People must be involved in the process of change. If people are involved in the planning stage, they'll be involved in the implementation. Therefore, don't do too much for them.
D. People must be exposed to models of change.
    1. Tapes and books (Men listen to tapes, women read)
    2. Evaluative experiences (experience is worthless unless you evaluate it) 
    3. Educational conferences and seminars 
    4. Expose them to infectious people 


The big problems is we dont want to change.
Jesus arrives in our lives He brings the Holy Spirit
And He changes us to what we need to become.
If we let Him. Yes If...
The question is are you ready to be changed for the better?

You are my Lamp

Psalm 18:28

You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.
- The Lord is the one who sustains you.
Yes GOD is like Jungle Oats HE keeps us going all day long.
With out GOD I would not cope with all the daily concerns.


- God will keep the light of your lamp burning.
GOD is the fuel for our lamp HE keeps us burning burning....

- Light speaks of hope and darkness speaks of the lack of hope.
GOD brings the light and speak into our lives and helps us to remove the darkness
with the power of HIS Holy Spirit we can avoid darkness.

- He will even bring light into dark and hopeless situations.
GOD is with us even when we think HE is not,
HE is always there for us all the time...

PRAYER: Lord, sometimes it feels like my light is burning very faintly. 
Restore my strength and cause my light to shine brightly again. 
May I put my trust in YOU LORD ever day to restore hope in my life.
Amen.

Be kind to each other today

         

 Ephesians 4:32Be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.- When we sow kindness we will reap kindness.

- When we sow anger and bitterness we are sure to reap what we have sown.

- Be KIND, TENDERHEARTED and FORGIVING!

- Keep your heart tender and always be ready to show compassion to others.

Always Be Kind

Show me the path

Psalm 25:4
Show me the path where I should go, O Lord; point out the right road for me to walk.

Awesome sounds like the start of the song....Show me ( us ) the path to walk....
We need God's guidance in life, God must always tell us where to walk and how to walk the road is narrow and I find myself always taking the wrong track now and again.

We do not always know exactly what to do. Because we dont always come to God for guidance we must never forget it is HE who leads and us who follows. We must let HIM show us the right road to take.

However, God wants to lead us and show the way. awesome GOD always goes before HE opens doors that we should walk through and shuts some right in my face for reasons I always find out later, HE shuts those doors for our good after all HE is the alter MIT FATHER and HE knows what is best for us.

Nothing can keep us from GOD`s love

Romans 8 v 39
God`s love is too strong to stop Him from loving us. He gave His only son that we might be saved.
God`s love never fails you and me.
God help me to remember how much you LOVE us.
